Scottish Renewables Annual Conference 2015

The Scottish Renewables Annual Conference, Exhibition and Dinner took place on 24 and 25 March 2015 in the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. The conference welcomed over 280 renewable energy professionals for days of productive discussions and networking. The future of renewable energy in Scotland, the future growth of the sector, and an overview on renewable energy in Scotland have been the main discussion points of the conference. The European dimension of the sector has also been discussed and Marine Scotland staff represented the MAP-MEP project at this event. The organisation’s booth included an informative MAP-MEP poster, brochure and flyers to raise awareness of the goals of the project amongst the renewable energy industry. Members of the consortium were also available to talk to stakeholders who were interested in engaging with the project and offer data.
